The east wing that flanks the Head House and contains the ski grill, dining room and kitchen, service rooms, and boiler and workshop in the sub-basement. The Lodge was built and furnished by local artisans during the Great Depression using Works Progress Administration (W.P.A.) and Federal Art Project funds, opening to the public in 1938.
