Second schoolhouse in the Concord District
Description
Rural schoolhouse in Oak Grove, Clackamas County. The Riverside School, was the second school built in the area in 1866 to accommodate a growing population, following the original little log school. Used until about 1890, it was replaced by the Concord School District, which later became Oak Grove School District.
