Building upon existing ODOT and agency partner data, instrumentation and monitoring will be performed on a series of landslide sites with varying soil/rock conditions and drain ages. Specific objectives include: 1. Develop numerical model leveraging empirical data to determine design parameters and decay in efficiencies for a large range of possible site conditions. 2. Design simple tools to determine generalized and potentially site-specific decay curves in drainage efficiency from measurable data. 3. Provide example of optimal O&M manual for pilot drain using defined needs from Maintenance and Engineering professionals. 4.
